Shipping and Delivery Policy
How long will it take to get my order?
We use New Zealand Couriers for the majority of our deliveries and they operate on a nationwide overnight service with the exception of some rural delivery addresses. For general time orders received before 2:30pm, Monday to Thursday, our commitment is to dispatch your order that same day. Orders received after 2:30pm Thursday and up until 2:30pm Friday can be delivered if stipulated at an additional charge because waiting until Monday for a clean mouth and million dollar smile is sometime too tough. Please stipulate Saturday delivery and agree to the extra charge. Other orders received after 2:30pm Thursday and up until 2:30pm Friday will be delivered on Monday.
For orders received after 2:30pm Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
All efforts will be made to have your new products delivered to you in the most efficient way possible but Aquapick New Zealand can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. Some areas in the country do have delays from time to time from due to weather conditions accidents and other causes, Aquapick New Zealand can not be held responsible for any delay caused outside of our control.

Refund / Return and / or Disputes Policy
365-day Right to return Policy
If you are not 100% completely satisfied with you purchase we will happily accept your return and provide you with one of the following options, a store credit, a full refund to the value of the products purchase price, or an exchange. You can return the product at one of our New Zealand retail partners or send it back to us. Regardless of whether the product was bought in store or on line, it can be returned either way. With our 365-day right to return policy there are no special catches or exceptions, it’s extremely simple! All we ask is that you return the item back to us unused and in the original packaging, making sure that the product is in the same condition as you received it in, tags still intact.
Here’s what you need to do
Take the product into any of our retail partners with proof of purchase for an exchange or refund. If the product was purchased online, cash refunds cannot be done in store. Staff will happy to arrange this for you and it will be processed within 3 business days. Please note that if exchanging a product the store may not have the item in stock, it can be ordered for you, which may take 4-5 business days.

1. Complete the returns form which you can download above. If you can not print the returns form, please include a note stating the purchaser’s name, address, e-mail address and order number if known.
2.Using a good carton, return package via insured Courier Post Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice.

While the Consumer Guarantee Act and Fair Trading Act provide the basis for Aquapick New Zealand returns policy, we in fact go above and beyond the expectation of these two statutory laws. Aquapick New Zealand has a 365-day money back guarantee with printed proof of purchase. For a product to be returned under our policy, that product must be unused and in a resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective. It’s this policy that provides you peace of mind while shopping with Aquapick New Zealand.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Aquapick New Zealand. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
There are four options available for our customers who would like to return a product
If a product is unsatisfactory, we can offer to exchange it for another one (i.e. a different size or colour etc) or another product of the same value. Generally proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange, although we may waive this requirement if we believe we have sold the product. Please note, as mentioned above, products returned or exchanged must be unused, in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item, also exchanges are not available on DVD’s, except where the product is deemed faulty.
Money Back Guarantee
Our money back guarantee is a key aspect of our business. If a customer has proof that they purchased the goods from our website within the last 12-months, they may obtain a refund. A refund will be made in the same tender as the original purchase. Please note that purchases made by cheque need 7 days to clear before we can refund and as mentioned above, that product returned must be unused, in resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise deficient.
The issuing of credit notes provides an alternative to a refund or exchange. These credit notes can be used to purchase anything from the Aquapick New Zealand online store. Credit notes can not be exchanged for cash and will not be generated for amounts less than $2.00.
If the returned product is still under warranty then the repair will be at our expense. If the product is out of warranty, then we can still have the product repaired, however, the cost of the repair will be charged to the customer.
Combo Terms and Conditions
The savings you can make on our Combo deals are based on all products being purchased and retained by you. Our 12 month Return policy is applicable to all products within a combo deal but please take note of the special conditions for exchanges and returns:
Exchanges – If you receive your combo and find that you need to exchange part of it for alternative product, please note that any credit or amount owed by you will be calculated based upon the difference between the original combo price paid and the value of the new combo deal.
Returns – If you choose to return all of the products in the combo then we can supply you with either a store credit or refund for the full value of the combo. If you choose to break the combo by only returning part of the deal but keeping the rest of products then you are no longer eligible for the discount applied to the combo pricing and any credit or refund will be based on the original combo price paid and our normal retail price for the products you have chosen to keep.

Delivery Address Details
Aquapick New Zealand enables you to save one delivery address which we will store against your profile. When you buy an item you have the option of entering a new delivery address which must be your own.

We work diligently to protect the security of your personal information, including credit card information.
Your credit card details do not get processed or transmitted through or via Aquapick New Zealand‘s website; all transactions are processed through a secure payment service provider. Aquapick New Zealand uses e-Way to provide this service. e-Way hosts and manages the payment page. All transaction sessions are stored and processed in encrypted strings.
Aquapick New Zealand mostly uses “session” cookies, which are removed from your computer 20min after you leave Aquapick New Zealand. A second cookie is placed on your computer (if you choose) for Aquapick New Zealand to remember you, this cookie is intended to remain forever. These are used so our website can remember that you have logged in already and prevent you doing so more frequently.
