Shipping and Delivery Policy

How long will it take to get my order?

Aramex (formerly Fastway Couriers) are our preferred courier supplier for the majority of our deliveries and they operate on a North Island overnight service and South Island 2 day service, with the exception of some rural delivery addresses. We will do all we can to dispatch your good on the same day as the order is placed, prior to 3:45pm. For orders placed after 3:45pm they will be dispatch the following day. 

All efforts will be made to have your new products delivered to you in the most efficient way possible but Aquapick New Zealand can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. Some areas in the country do have delays from time to time from due to weather conditions accidents and other causes, Aquapick New Zealand can not be held responsible for any delay caused outside of our control.

How much will it cost to send my order?

At Aquapick New Zealand we aim to get your product to you as soon as possible at a reasonable price.

Policy

While the Consumer Guarantee Act and Fair Trading Act provide the basis for Aquapick New Zealand returns policy, we in fact go above and beyond the expectation of these two statutory laws. Aquapick New Zealand has a 30-day money back guarantee with printed proof of purchase. For a product to be returned under our policy, that product must be unused and in a resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective. It's this policy that provides you peace of mind while shopping with Aquapick New Zealand. Return freight is at your cost.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Aquapick New Zealand. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Procedures

There are four options available for our customers who would like to return a product

Exchange
If a product is unsatisfactory, we are unable to exchange it for another one (i.e. a different size or colour etc). We guarantee the Aquapick product you buy from Aquapick New Zealand is unused and unopened.

Repairs
If the returned product is still under warranty then the repair will be at our expense. If the product is out of warranty, then we can still have the product repaired, however, the cost of the repair will be charged to the customer.

Combo Terms and Conditions

The savings you can make on our Combo deals are based on all products being purchased and retained by you. Our 30 day Return policy is applicable to all products within a combo deal but please take note of the special conditions for exchanges and returns:

Exchanges – If you receive your combo and find that you need to exchange part of it for alternative product, please note that any credit or amount owed by you will be calculated based upon the difference between the original combo price paid and the value of the new combo deal.

Returns – If you choose to return all of the products in the combo then we can supply you with either a store credit or refund for the full value of the combo. If you choose to break the combo by only returning part of the deal but keeping the rest of products then you are no longer eligible for the discount applied to the combo pricing and any credit or refund will be based on the original combo price paid and our normal retail price for the products you have chosen to keep.

Cancellation Policy

As these products are “personal care” we do not have a cancellation of refund option, please choose carefully. As once they are paid for and shipped there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing fault.
